Sunday evening you ring round, and Monday morning you are short anyway. Werzeick shows you the evening before who has not confirmed their shift.

Six O'Clock. Someone calls in sick.
The SOS button sends an offer at a higher rate, 1.5× by default, to everyone who can take the shift. Who gets it is your choice.

Arguments at month end.
Start and finish with one tap, or automatically. Minutes are counted and nothing is rounded down. Anything that does not add up comes to you to settle.
On site
Works in gloves, in the sun and with no signal.

Privacy
The phone knows where the worker is. Nobody else does.
A shift can start by itself when you arrive. The phone measures how far it is from the site and sends only an event, “arrived” or “left”. Never where you are.
